Free shipping over $249 in Canada, free pickup at any of our three shops, and worldwide delivery on our accessories.
How shipping is calculated
We don't use flat rates. When you reach checkout and enter your address, we send the actual contents of your cart — every item's weight and box size — to the carriers and show you what they quote. Canada Post, UPS and the rest come back with real prices and delivery estimates, and you choose.
That means a single decal costs what a single decal costs to post, and a pair of truck mud flaps costs what they cost. No padding a flat rate to cover the heavy stuff, and no undercharging on it either.

Below those amounts you pay the carrier rate shown at checkout. Above them, shipping is on us regardless of what the carrier charges.
Oversized items — large flags, wooden signs, truck accessories — carry a handling surcharge, and it's already included in the price you see. Nothing is added later.
International orders: customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country, aren't collected by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Free store pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and collect free from Rosedale, Veterans or Malton. We'll text you when it's ready. No minimum.
Custom items
Anything with a name, custom text or your own artwork is made to order. Upload your file at checkout — photo or PDF, up to 10 MB — or tell us the exact wording you want. Double-check spelling, because custom pieces are made exactly as submitted and can't be resold.
Timelines
Stock items usually ship within one to three business days. Custom pieces take longer depending on what's involved. If something is going to take longer than expected, we'll call you rather than leave you guessing.
Order problems
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, call 647-578-5123 or email sales@puriheritage.ca with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it.
All sales are final — our products are custom-made and can't be resold, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges. If you'd like to return a product, reach out and we'll let you know if it qualifies.
