Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and address when you place an order or request a quote. Vehicle details when relevant. Any artwork or text you upload for a custom item. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details.

We also collect basic analytics about how the website is used, and conversations with our website chat assistant, which may include a phone number you provide so we can call you back.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to produce custom items as specified, to answer enquiries, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We use it for marketing only where you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to do their job: Stripe for payment, shipping carriers for delivery, and our email provider for order notifications. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, as Canadian tax law requires. Quote requests and chat conversations for two years. You can ask us to delete anything we're not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email sales@puriheritage.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser, though the cart won't work properly without them.
